The T.O.R.C.H. (Tackling Opposition with Resilience Character and Heart) Teens Program provides information and resources via workshops and speaking engagements as well as resources to middle and high school teens on various topics impacting their current generation free of charge. Mental Health Awareness is its signature platform.
The T.O.R.C.H. Teens Program focuses on empowering middle and high school teens with skills to help them effectively navigate through various teen life challenges and sustain mental wellness. This includes teens impacted by juvenile justice issues, diagnosed with a disability, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ as well as those unsheltered and in the foster care system.
Initially started in April 2023 as a component of the New Focus Family and Youth Consultant T.O.R.C.H. brand. In April 2024, the T.O.R.C.H. Teens Program transformed into a non-profit organization with current 501(c)3 status. To date it has reached thousands of teens across the states of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Florida.
